This weekend I found my favourite type of work: words for websites.
With more than 5 years’ digital marketing experience under my belt, I like to think I can bring a little more than just a critical grammar-king eye to these things.
Novita Law, a brand new law firm based in Tanzania, was a great example.
The founder asked me to check the copy across the website, which I duly did, but I was also able to provide advice on areas like calls to action and structuring webpage content and persuasion and SEO. My bread and butter, really. She was really pleased.
So I have a lovely new client, a new testimonial to add to my site, and a renewed love for the bare bones of digital marketing: using the right words on websites.
